Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

POSITION: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Sunday, full time

We are looking for a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead assessment, treatment planning, and caregiver training for our clients. You will supervise a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, conduct initial and periodic assessments, and partner directly with families to build individualized, ethical, and evidence-based ABA programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct comprehensive behavior-analytic assessments and write individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Lead caregiver training sessions and collaborate with families on goals and progress
• Coordinate care with other providers when families choose to involve them
• Maintain data-driven, assent-based, and trauma-informed clinical practices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current BCBA certification in good standing (or BCBA-eligible, sitting for the exam soon)
• Experience working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum
• A collaborative, family-centered approach to care
