Non-discrimination
Aspire Behavioral Academy does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, creed, color, national origin, nationality, ancestry, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, domestic-partnership or civil-union status, mental or physical disability, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. If you believe your rights have not been honoured, you may raise a concern with your supervisor, the Clinical Director, or our administration — verbally or in writing. We will begin an impartial review and respond with our findings and any corrective action taken. Raising a concern in good faith will never affect your family’s access to services, and we prohibit any retaliation for doing so.
If a concern is not resolved to your satisfaction internally, you may escalate it to external bodies, including your state licensing board or your insurance provider’s grievance department.
