What to Expect
Starting ABA services can feel overwhelming. Here is a clear, step-by-step look at what happens from your first call to your child's first session — and beyond.
Reach Out
Call or fill out our intake form. A member of our intake team will contact you within two business days to answer your questions and gather initial information.
Submit Documents
Share relevant documents such as your child's diagnostic evaluation, insurance card, and physician referral. This helps us understand your child's needs and verify coverage.
Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst conducts a comprehensive behavior-analytic assessment to understand your child's strengths, needs, and the goals your family prioritizes.
Treatment Plan
Your BCBA builds an individualized treatment plan, reviews it with you, and obtains your informed consent before services begin. You are part of every decision.
Meet Your Team
You are introduced to your child's Behavior Technician(s) and begin building the therapeutic relationship that will carry through every session.
Begin Sessions
Services begin at the agreed-upon intensity and setting. Data is collected every session, and your BCBA reviews progress regularly — adjusting the plan as your child grows.
